I can't play the Stitched with Love videos. What should I do?
Stitched with Love uses the Windows Media Player to display the videos. This is the default player. Be sure the CD is in the CD-ROM drive of your computer when you start a video.
You will need a current version of the Windows Media Player to run the videos directly from Stitched with Love software. If you have an older version of Windows you may be required to start the Media Player separately to view the videos.
The video files are AVI format. You can play them using other video players if you do not have the Windows Media Player. To hear sound when you play the videos, you must have a sound card properly installed in your computer.
If you have any trouble viewing the videos, we strongly recommend that you download the latest version of the Windows Media Player, and then try running the videos again. If you do not have the player, visit www.microsoft.com to get a free download of the most recent player.
