When I try to view the videos, it says it can't find the tscc decompressor. What do I do?
It sounds like the video codec file didn't get installed correctly during the installation. Here's what to do:

1. Close EQ6.
2. Put the EQ6 CD in your CD-ROM drive. If the installation starts up automatically, cancel without installing. (Cancel, then Exit Setup.)
3. Click START > My Computer.
4. Right-click on the CD-ROM drive holding the EQ6 CD.
5. Click Explore. You should see a list of files and folders in EQ6.
6. Double-click on TSCC.EXE and install it.

When I play a video, I hear someone talking, but there is no picture.
Please reinstall the video codec:

1. Close EQ6.
