EQ6 quilt design software users can open any of the projects within EQ6, as it’s fully compatible with EQ6. But this software’s real asset is that the programme is still exceptionally versatile as stand-alone software. What makes these quilt patterns so different from how they originally appeared in print is that the user has the ability to change almost all of the quilt’s features, making small or radical variations. This software is east to install and a pleasure to use. The videos fully illustrate the functions of the software and explain how to get started. This is an excellent first introduction to quilt design software, but equally, provides further resources to existing EQ6 users."
